It all starts with a team call where we all jump on and get a sense of what we’re trying to do.

STEP 2: Regular Joint Strategy Calls
Depending on which package you pick we’re going to do weekly or bi-weekly calls.
As a business owner you know that you can only improve that which you measure. We’ll obviously measure stats daily on our end but it’s still good to talk regularly and go over the most important numbers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
We iron out any kinks, come up with new ideas and get clear about who will do what in what timeframe.
